A body-mounted support system used when you’re shooting on handheld all day with a proper cinema build. It takes the weight off your shoulders and turns long takes from a strain into something actually manageable, while the Stabil G3 arm smooths out the vertical bounce without killing the natural handheld feel.
The Vario 5 lets you dial in how much support you need depending on the rig, and the quick-release hook keeps things practical when you’re constantly switching between tripod, gimbal and handheld setups.
Commonly used with ARRI ALEXA Mini LF , Sony VENICE Rialto, and FUJINON CABRIO .
