The terms and conditions that apply when you rent from us.
Overview
These terms govern your use of the Cinepups website and any equipment rental agreement between you and Cinepups Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or renting equipment from us, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for the equipment from the moment of collection until it is returned to us. This includes:
- Using the equipment with reasonable care and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Keeping it secure and protected from theft, damage, or extreme conditions.
- Not sub-renting or lending the equipment to any third party.
- Reporting any damage, loss, or malfunction to us immediately.
Pricing & payment
- All prices shown on the site are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment is due before or upon collection of equipment, unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing.
- Late returns may incur additional daily charges at the standard rental rate.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total rental cost.

Damage & loss
You are liable for any damage to or loss of equipment during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your deposit. If costs exceed the deposit, you will be invoiced for the difference.
We strongly recommend that you arrange appropriate production insurance to cover rented equipment for the duration of your shoot.
Liability
Cinepups Ltd provides equipment in good working order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from equipment failure, including but not limited to loss of footage, production delays, or additional crew costs.
